  • cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred;

  • cancel wholesale pricing where a customer is not eligible.

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

6. Wholesale Accounts

Customers applying for a wholesale account warrant that the information provided is true and accurate.

Approval of wholesale accounts is entirely at ODAYA's discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend, revoke or modify wholesale pricing or account access at any time.

Wholesale products are intended primarily for resale or commercial use.

7. Payment

Payment must be received before orders are dispatched unless separate trading terms have been agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Orders remain the property of ODAYA until payment has been received in full.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only.

While we endeavour to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

Ownership of the goods remains with ODAYA until full payment has been received.

9. Food Products

Our products are food products and should be stored in accordance with the storage instructions provided.

ODAYA is not responsible for deterioration, contamination or loss resulting from:

  • improper storage;

  • incorrect handling;

  • misuse;

  • failure to follow storage recommendations after delivery.

Customers purchasing products for resale are responsible for maintaining appropriate food safety practices.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
